What does production look like?

Working at an event requires flexibility – the programme doesn’t wait, so the crew has to be fully prepared in advance.

AGREEING THE PROGRAMME

We go through the event schedule and agree which moments are key to capture.

LIVE RECORDING

We record the event, with several camera operators covering different parts of the programme if needed.

EDITING AND AFTERMOVIE

On request we prepare a quick selection of footage the same day, and the full aftermovie by the agreed deadline.

How much does an event video cost?

The price depends on the number of hours, the number of camera operators and the length of the final aftermovie – it usually falls within the Basic and Pro packages. For large, multi-day events, the Premium package is also available.

It depends on the scale and the number of parallel parts of the programme – for a conference with several stages or a large company event, we usually work as a team of 2-3 people.

How much does an event video cost?

Can I get short clips on the same day?

Yes, on request we prepare a quick selection of footage on the day of the event, e.g. for social media.

How long does it take to get the full aftermovie from an event?

It depends on the number of hours of footage and the scope of editing – we agree this individually before the event.

Do you cover conferences and speakers' presentations?

Yes, we record both stage presentations and the backstage, networking and attendees’ reactions.

Do you also take photos at the event, not just video?

Yes, we can combine video and photo coverage within a single crew – ask us for a joint quote.

Do you cover events outside Cracow?

Yes, we work throughout Poland.
